When is my time due?

  • If your workweek is Sunday - Saturday, you are required to submit your timecard no later than Sunday at 12pm PST.

    • We will send you a reminder on Sunday to submit your time if we have not received your submission by then. To account for unusual circumstances, we will send another reminder on Monday as a last call for submission before payroll closes for the week.

  • If your workweek is Monday - Sunday, you are required to submit your timecard no later than Monday at 12pm PST.

    • We will send you a reminder on Monday to submit your time if we have not received your submission by then.

Every week your current timecard will display that week's due date. Be sure to submit your time in the Trusted app before this deadline.


Where will I need to track and/or submit my time?

Per Trusted's Timekeeping Policy, all Trusted Clinicians will need to record their time at their facility and submit time to Trusted via the Trusted Mobile App.

Facility Timekeeping

You will receive facility-specific timekeeping instructions along with your First Day Instructions. Requirements may include clocking in and out, using Kronos or another electronic timekeeping system, completing a paper timecard, or entering time into a an app. The method your facility uses will determine what documentation you’ll need to upload in the Trusted Mobile App. Be sure to obtain your manager's signature if it's required!

Reporting Time to Trusted

You are required to attach acceptable documentation of your facility time in the Trusted Mobile App. Your Timekeeping Documentation must have the following requirements:

  1. Your name (preferred for electronic timekeeping, required for signed paper timecards)

  2. Dates worked

  3. The specific clock-in/out times for each shift

  4. The hour types for each shift (regular hours, on call, call back, etc)

If your submitted documentation is missing required information, it may be rejected by the Payroll team, which could delay your payment (unless it is promptly corrected and resubmitted).

How to submit your time using the Trusted app?

Once you open the Trusted app, start by viewing your time on your current assignment.

  1. Select submit time

  2. Select the applicable week

  3. Then click Add Attachments to upload a picture of your acceptable facility timekeeping

  4. Add in any additional notes, this is not required

  5. Click continue

  6. Acknowledge you have read and agree to the terms and click submit my time!

  7. You'll see a banner confirming your time has been submitted and the status of your time submission will reflect submitted

If you need to change hours or shifts on your attachment, please submit a new photo in the app of your facility timekeeping, or a punch correction form that verifies this change. To clarify something else already on your attachment, like hour types or punch times, just attach an unsigned paper time card to explain what's needed.
