How do I submit my time in the Trusted app?

When is my time due?

  • If your workweek is Sunday - Saturday, you are required to submit your timekeeping documentation no later than Sunday at 12pm PST.

  • If your workweek is Monday - Sunday, you are required to submit your timekeeping documentation no later than Monday at 12pm PST.

Every week your current timecard will display that week's due date. Be sure to submit your time in the Trusted app before this deadline.


Where will I need to submit my time to Trusted?

You are required to attach acceptable documentation of your facility time in the Trusted Mobile App. You can download the Trusted app here:


How do I submit my time in the Trusted app?

  1. From the homepage, click View Time under your current assignment.

  2. Select Submit Time

  3. Select the applicable week

  4. Then click Add Attachments to upload your timekeeping documentation

  5. Add in any additional notes to the 'Optional Notes' section

    1. This section is not required, but can help clarify things for our Payroll team if needed. See below for more information in the next section!

  6. Click Continue

  7. Acknowledge you have read and agree to the terms, then click Submit My Time

  8. You'll see a banner confirming your time has been submitted and the status of your time submission will reflect submitted.

    1. Note: The status will update as your time is processed, and clicking that week's time will take you to the associated pay preview when your submission has been approved.


How do I provide additional details that my facility time doesn't reflect?

If your facility timekeeping documentation is missing details, then the 'Optional Note' field can help provide additional details!

Examples of details you can provide in the additional notes include:

  • Shift in and out times to clarify on call/call back

  • Shift in and out times if you work in California or Washington

  • Shift hours/details if you were sick

  • Shift hours/details if you called off or were called off by the facility

  • Approved time off if you weren’t off for the entire week (if you have approved time off on your contract for an entire week, no submission is required)

  • Anything else you feel is pertinent or wish to relay to the Payroll team

❗ This feature can't be used to add shifts. If you worked shifts that aren't reflected in your facility timekeeping, please provide an updated facility timekeeping record or a correction form signed by your manager.

How do submit a correction to my time submission?

If you need to make adjustments to your hours or shifts on your timekeeping documentation, please submit a new attachment of your timekeeping documentation or a punch correction form that verifies the change. To clarify something else already on your timekeeping documentation (like hour types or punch times), just attach an unsigned paper timecard to explain what's needed or note this information in the 'Optional Notes' section.

Your submission may be rejected if:

  • Your timekeeping documentation doesn’t include all requirements (your name, dates, hours worked, and hour type)

  • You submit only a paper timecard without a manager's signature

If your submission is rejected, you will be able to re-open your timecard and follow the steps outlined above to submit a corrected copy of your timekeeping documentation.
