How do I upload and submit an attachment of my facility time?

What is required as documentation when I submit my time?

Documentation of your time can either be a picture, screenshot, or an attachment that reflects the hours you worked that week.

❗ Per Trusted's timekeeping policy, you are required to include timekeeping documentation that reflects your facility’s record of your submitted time. To ensure accurate and timely processing of your submitted timecard, your hours and the hour types need to be clearly documented on your timecard. This means that if your facility uses an electronic timekeeping system that doesn't capture these hours and the correct hour types, you will need to submit a supplemental paper timecard signed by your manager, in addition to the documentation of your electronic timecard.


Where do I submit my time to Trusted?

You will need to download the latest version of the Trusted mobile app - or - if you already have the app downloaded ensure it is updated to the latest version.

How do I submit my time in the Trusted app?

  1. From the homepage, click View Time under your current assignment

  2. Select Submit Time

  3. Select the applicable week

  4. Then click Add Attachments to upload your timekeeping documentation

  5. Add in any additional notes to the 'Optional Notes' section

    1. This section is not required, but can help clarify things for our Payroll team if needed. Some examples are:

      1. You need to report sick time

      2. You called off work for personal reasons

      3. You were on approved time off

      4. You were called off by the facility

  6. Click Continue

  7. Acknowledge you have read and agree to the terms, then click Submit My Time

  8. You'll see a banner confirming your time has been submitted and the status of your time submission will reflect submitted. Note: The status will update as your time is processed, and clicking that week's time will take you to the associated pay preview when your submission has been approved.


How do I correct my time submission?

If you need to make adjustments to your hours or shifts on your timekeeping documentation, please submit a new attachment of your timekeeping documentation or a punch correction form that verifies the change. To clarify something else already on your timekeeping documentation (like hour types or punch times), just attach an unsigned paper timecard to explain what's needed or note in the 'Optional Notes' section.

Your submission may be rejected if:

  • Your timekeeping documentation doesn’t include all requirements (your name, dates, hours worked, and hour type)

  • You submit only a paper timecard without a manager's signature

If your submission is rejected, you will be able to re-open your timecard and follow the steps outlined above to submit a corrected copy of your timekeeping documentation.
