How do I upload and submit an attachment of my facility time?

❗ Per Trusted's timekeeping policy, you are required to include an attachment that reflects your facility’s record of your submitted time. To ensure accurate and timely processing of your submitted timecard, your hours and the hour types need to be clearly documented on your timecard. This means that if your facility uses an electronic timekeeping system that doesn't capture these hours and the correct hour types, you will need to submit a supplemental paper timecard signed by your supervisor in addition to the documentation of your electronic timecard.


What is required as documentation when I submit my time?

Documentation of your time can either be a picture, screenshot, or an attachment that reflects the hours you worked that week. For more information on determining your facility's requirements, review Trusted's Timekeeping Policy.


Where do I submit my time to Trusted?

You will need to download the latest version of the Trusted mobile app - or - if you already have the app downloaded ensure it is updated to the latest version.

How to submit your time using the Trusted app?

  1. From the homepage, you'll see your current assignment listed and you'll then click view time - if this option is not available to you, check out this article that will help you troubleshoot some common issues.

  2. Select submit time

  3. Select the applicable week. Note that here you can also view assignment totals for shifts and hours, and view statuses of previously submitted time by work week.

  4. Then click Add Attachments to upload a picture of your acceptable facility timekeeping

  5. Add in any additional notes, this is not required

  6. Click continue

  7. Acknowledge you have read and agree to the terms and click submit my time!

  8. You'll see a banner confirming your time has been submitted and the status of your time submission will reflect submitted. Note that the status will update as your time is processed, and clicking that week's time will take you to the associated pay preview when it is ready.

❗ If your facility uses an electronic timekeeping system, you may need to add an additional attachment of a paper timecard if the following applies to your work week:

  • You need to report sick time

  • You called off work for personal reasons

  • You were on approved time off

  • You were called off by the facility.

Your timecard may not be eligible for payment until you have attached an acceptable copy of facility time. For more information or access to a blank paper timecard, please reference Trusted's timekeeping policy.


How do I correct my time submission?

If you need to change hours or shifts on your attachment, please submit a new photo in the app of your facility timekeeping or a punch correction form that verifies this change. To clarify something else already on your attachment, like hour types or punch times, just attach an unsigned paper time card to explain what's needed.

Your submission may be rejected if:

  • Your facility time attachment doesn’t include all requirements (your name, dates, hours worked, and hour type)

  • Your facility tracks time using a paper timecard and your attachment doesn’t have a supervisor's signature

If your submission is rejected, you will be able to re-open your timecard and follow the steps outlined above to submit a corrected copy of your facility's timekeeping.
