If you are having trouble applying for a Match, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
You have not activated your profile
Your profile is pending review by Trusted
You have required sections within your application that need to be completed
The job is no longer available or on hold
Your profile is not activated
To become activated, simply complete your profile and request a review by clicking Unlock Job Applications
By activating your profile, you are satisfying most of the standard requirements we need to submit any application! You can easily view the status of your profile and what needs your attention!
Your profile is pending review by Trusted.
Once you click Unlock Job Applications
, we will ask you to confirm your Match filters, your expected start date, and how much experience you have. This will prompt your profile to be reviewed.
After the review is complete, you'll be able to apply to any of your Matches!
You have required sections within your application that need to be completed.
When you're ready to apply to a Match, simply click Apply
to start your application. The Submit application
button will remain grayed out until you complete all of the required sections within your application.
The required sections will be highlighted in red.
The sections highlighted in blue will not prevent you from applying to a Match, but we strongly encourage you to address them in order to prevent delays in reviewing and submitting your application to the hiring manager.
The job is no longer available or on hold.
If a Match is no longer available, it means the job has been filled or the role is no longer needed.
If a Match is marked as on hold, this means the facility is not accepting any new submissions.
This does not mean the Match is officially filled or closed, and the Match may open back up if the facility would like to see more submissions.
