What is a pay preview?
Once your submitted time is 'Approved', you can click that week's time to access a pay preview for the gross weekly (before taxes, reimbursements, and other deductions) you can expect to be paid that upcoming Friday.
This is for transparency and gives you the opportunity to let us if anything looks inaccurate before payroll closes for the pay period.
If the payroll team has any questions for you regarding your submitted time, you will see a message at the top of your pay preview.
It is important to respond to and resolve any timecard issues immediately in order to prevent delays in your payment.
What do I do if I have a question or concerns after receiving my pay preview?
If you have any questions, concerns, or responses to information asked in the important notes section please contact us as soon as possible by clicking the Contact Us
button at the bottom of your pay preview. As long as you reach out by Monday 10 am PST, our payroll team can ensure your concerns are handled before closing payroll for the week.
What is included in my pay preview?
Pay previews include:
Messages from Trusted
A breakdown preview of the total gross pay including hour type, number of hours, and the rate
A breakdown of the time entered by shift (day) and the hour type
The facility timekeeping documentation you submitted that week
Any notes you included when you submitted your timecard.
What do I do if I don't receive a pay preview?
As long as you submitted your hours before the deadline, let us know if you didn’t receive your pay preview and we can ensure you get that ASAP!
