Save all receipts for medical care, as eligible expenses may be reimbursed.
Notify your manager or supervisor as soon as possible so they can file an internal report.
Notify Trusted Health immediately so we can guide you through filing a claim, arrange follow-up care, and ensure you are properly reimbursed.

Workers' compensation insurance is paid by Trusted Health to cover:

Yes! Even if you don’t seek medical care, it’s important to report the incident. This helps Trusted track and address trends to maintain a safe workplace.
Where can I go for medical care?
For your initial visit, you may seek care at any provider.
For follow-up visits, you will work with your Travelers adjuster to identify in-network facilities in your state.
If I seek medical care, should I report my medical restrictions to Trusted?
Yes! If you have medical restrictions or a release to full duty, you must:
Inform Trusted Health
Provide supporting documentation
Notify us of any missed or anticipated missed shifts related to your medical status
What do I do if I get a bill for an injury that is covered by workers comp Insurance?
If your injury resulted in an active workers' compensation claim:
Send any medical bills to the Travelers adjuster assigned to your case.
The adjuster will work directly with you to resolve the bill.
