Enrolling in Benefits for Your First Assignment
If this is your first assignment with Trusted:
Log into your ADP account
Once all green check marks appear on your ADP landing page, go to the
Summary
tabThere, you’ll see a link to enroll in benefits.
Alternatively, navigate to
Myself
>Benefits
to access your enrollment options
Note: If you begin a new assignment within 30 days of your previous one ending, you’ll be automatically re-enrolled in your prior benefits. If you previously waived coverage, that waiver will carry over.
If You Already Have an ADP Profile from a Prior Trusted Assignment
Wait until you receive a rehire email from Trusted before logging into ADP.
The email will explain any required actions to re-enroll in benefits for your new assignment.
Enrollment Timeline
All benefits are effective Day 1 of your assignment.
You have 30 days from your start date to complete enrollment.
If you enroll after your first week but before Day 30, a catch-up deduction will apply to your next paycheck.
If you enroll on Day 30, your next paycheck will include deductions for the entire 30-day period.
Making Changes After Enrollment
You may update your benefits if you experience a qualifying life event, such as:
Marriage, divorce, or domestic partner termination
Birth or adoption of a child
Death of a dependent or spouse
If you have a qualifying event, you must update your benefits within 30 days of the event. Contact your Care Team via Inbox for assistance.
