Once you enroll in benefits, it typically takes 7–10 business days for processing. Once your enrollments have been processed, you can access your coverage online and physical insurance cards will be mailed to the legal address on file in ADP.
NOTE: New ID cards are provided at the start of each calendar year. Insurance carriers and mail carriers may experience a processing delay due to volume.
