What should I do if I am having trouble logging into ADP?

Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try:

  • Make sure you are using this link to access your account: www.workforcenow.adp.com

  • Log in using a computer browser, not the mobile app.

  • Clear your browser history, cookies, and cache, then try again. (ADP works best with Google Chrome.)

  • If you’re still having trouble, click Forgot your ID/password? on the ADP login page to reset your credentials.
