Medical

We offer four different nationwide coverage medical plans through Aetna as well as options for those in Hawaii via Kaiser.

Dental & Vision

We offer Dental and Vision Insurance through Aetna.

Liability

We carry liability insurance and workers compensation insurance for all nurses employed!

2. Benefit coverage FAQ

What providers are in-network?

You would need to reach out to Aetna (or Kaiser if you are in HI) for further details regarding in-network and out-of-network providers since we don't have control over that.

Does Trusted offer an HSA plan option?

Trusted does offer an HSA plan option, however, we do not actually administer or contribute to the HSA. This means that you are responsible for choosing a bank to open your HSA account with. Afterward, you can opt to have part of your paycheck deposited into that account!

How can I contribute to my HSA?

There are two ways you can contribute to your HSA:

  1. You can move funds into your HSA bank account from your own bank account. This is the typical setup most nurses opt for.

  2. You can set up direct deposit via ADP payroll system so post-tax funds pull directly from each weekly pay into your HSA bank account. To do so, you just key in your personal HSA bank account into your ADP pay profile and add whatever allocation you desire.

How does approved time off (ATO) affect my deductions?

If you have approved time off (ATO) during your assignment and miss a week of benefits deductions, you will see those missed deductions on your next check as well as your regular weekly benefits deductions.

3. Cost sheet

The cost will vary based on the level of coverage you need. Individual costs for medical benefits start around $41/week, and there are options to add dependents, too. Insurance costs are automatically deducted from your weekly pay pre-tax.
