1. Affect of benefits on your compensation package
It’s just as important to us that you receive the care you deserve as your patients do. Our contributions to your health insurance premiums are completely independent of your compensation package and for good reason! We believe in providing benefits to all of our employees without nickel-and-diming them based on which benefits they utilize. We also know that life happens, and your health insurance needs can change over the course of a contract or a year. By keeping premium contributions and compensation separate, you won’t have to worry about your compensation changing if you have a qualifying life event part-way through your assignment that requires you to utilize our insurance offerings.
2.Are benefits required?
Benefits are optional. Just keep in mind that if you do waive your benefits (opt-out of coverage), you will only be eligible to opt-in during the next annual open enrollment period, or if you experience a qualifying event.
3.Can I be partially covered or do I need to opt into medical, dental, & vision?
If you opt into medical and opt-out of dental and vision for this contract (or vice versa), you do have the option to opt back in when you take a new assignment or extend your current contract.
We only require that you waive medical benefits. Dental/vision does not require a waiver in ADP. If you choose not to enroll, you will not be auto-enrolled into dental or vision insurance. You'll have 30 days from your contract start date to either opt in or opt out of your benefits. You can do this through your ADP portal at www.workforcenow.adp.com.
