If you become aware of any ethical or conduct violations, you should absolutely report these to your supervisor and/or Trusted Health ASAP. 

You can rest assured that we’ll have your back. You can (and should!) raise concerns and file reports (either named or anonymous) in good faith without fear of reprisal or retaliation from us, and we’ll handle any inquiries and allegations as confidentially as possible.
