How do you handle cases of substance abuse?

Trusted maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • The use, possession, sale, or transfer of illegal drugs

  • Being under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol while on the job

Engaging in any of these activities may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Drug Screening Requirements:

  • All clinicians are required to complete a pre-employment drug screen before starting an assignment.

  • Trusted may also conduct annual drug screens and drug screens for cause if there is reason to believe an individual may be under the influence while working.
