Yes! Although the application requires you to have 2 completed references for work done within the past 24 months, your reference requests can still be pending a response!
Nurse requirement: These must be from either a manager, supervisor or charge nurse.
Allied health requirement: These must be from either a manager or supervisor.

Facilities can require:
References to be within the last 12 months
At least one reference is from a manager or supervisor
So if possible, we strongly encourage you to contact recent and manager-level references first!
