I am in between contracts, can I switch to Trusted for my next assignment?
Yes! No special action is required to switch to Trusted in between contracts.
I already have an offer for a new contract through another agency, can I still switch to Trusted?
Due to our agreements with our partners, if you've already been submitted for a position through another agency we cannot submit you again through Trusted. If you are interested in a new contract elsewhere, we're happy to help!
If you decide to extend at this facility, we can work to secure a contract for you then. Just keep in mind we will still have to abide by any waiting periods the facility has in place.
Can I switch agencies to work with Trusted for an extension of my contract?
Most facilities have a policy that requires time off between contracts before working there again through a different agency, or when switching from a staff to a travel assignment. Some facilities require a break of 30 days while others may require up to 6 months before returning. To find out what your options are, you can reach out to your Care Team by sending a message through Inbox.
When reaching out, your Care Team will want to know:
Facility name
Unit
Shift
End date of your current contract
Your available start date
Any time off needs you have
The name of the manager
The job request ID (If the offer/position has already been created, your manager should have this information.)
