It’s not uncommon for hiring managers to call for interviews without prior notification or scheduling. Once you start applying for jobs, we strongly recommend you:
Keep your phone with you when you can
Answer calls that may come from numbers you don’t recognize
Ensure your voicemail is set up and not full
If you happen to miss a call, call back as soon as possible and let your Advocate know. Otherwise, there is a likelihood they will move on to the next candidate on their desk.
