How do I view what available opportunities Trusted has for me?

At Trusted, we Match you in real-time with thousands of open roles. When you sign up with Trusted, we ask you a couple of questions about what role you're looking for in your next assignment. Using this information, we match you to open opportunities and display those as Matches on your Matches Dashboard. But not to worry, you can always update this information by using your Match filters.

How do I get to my Matches?

Navigate to your Matches Dashboard by clicking matches at the bottom of your screen in the Trusted mobile app.

How do I navigate my Matches dashboard?

Use your Matches dashboard to view fresh new Matches, discover Matches based on popular categories and destinations, and browse all Matches using your Match filters.

View your fresh Matches. You can view your fresh new Matches 1 at a time by clicking View Fresh Matches.

You'll be required to either favorite or hide each Match in order to see the next one. But not to worry you are always able to go back to a list of your favorites and hidden Matches if you change your mind.

Discover. You can easily browse Matches based on popular categories or destinations. These Matches are based on your role and specialty but do not filter based on your Match filters.

Browse. Open the Browse tab and click Filters to update your Match filters to browse all of Trusted's jobs based on specific requirements you choose! Match filters allow you to broaden or narrow your Matches at any given time. These filters include start date, location, specialty, shift, and shift type. You can also opt to only see Matches at magnet-level facilities or facilities that welcome first-time travelers.

  • Filter by compact states or a specific location- Quickly search for Matches in compact states by selecting the all compact states checkbox. You can also still add as many specific locations as you'd like to the same search.

  • Filter by specialty- Select any and all specialties that tie to you. Keep in mind that most facilities will want to see at least 1-2 years of experience in a given specialty from within the past 12 months in order for your experience to be considered recent enough.

  • Filter by shift- You can choose between day shift, night shift, variable shift, or both. A variable shift can mean two things, it could mean that the job may require rotating between both OR they have not specified whether or not it will be day shift or night shift yet.

  • Filter by shift type- You can choose between 3x12s, 5x8s, or 4x10s. If you are open to all options you can leave the checkboxes blank.

โ— It is important to know that selecting a shift and shift type that does not typically line up may narrow your Matches significantly. This means that if you select the night shift and 5x8s, it is unlikely you'll return many Matches since those shifts are not typically offered in combination.

  • Filter by contract lengths- While most Matches are for a standard 13-week assignment, we do sometimes see shorter or longer contracts available. Select the checkboxes that fit your needs or leave them all blank if you are open to all options.

How do I sort my Matches?

You can sort your Matches based on what's most important to you. Sorting options include the highest pay, earliest start date, or Matches that have been recently added! The option to sort your Matches is right next to your Match filters at the top of your Matches Dashboard.
