How do I add a certification?

First things first—you can add certifications from either your Profile tab or your Credentials tab. Both tabs are fully synced, so adding a certification in one will automatically reflect in the other.

It’s just a matter of preference for where you’d like to manage your credentials!

How do I add a certification?

  1. Scroll down to the Certifications tab

  2. Click the Add (+) button in the top right corner of the card.

  3. Fill out all fields you see here.

  4. Inputting an expiration date will allow us to notify you when to renew the certification.

  5. Be sure to upload the necessary file attachment(s) to prevent any delay in your submission.

  6. As always, be sure to Save!

To cancel any changes you've made, simply click the left arrow in the top bar. You will be prompted "You have unsaved changes. Are you sure you want to leave without saving?" Just click 'OK' and your changes will not save.
