How do I add a license?

First things first—you can add certifications from either your Profile tab or your Credentials tab. Both tabs are fully synced, so adding a certification in one will automatically reflect in the other.

It’s just a matter of preference for where you’d like to manage your credentials!

How do I add a license?

  1. Scroll down to the Licenses card on the right side of your screen.

  2. Click the Add (+) button in the top-right corner of the card—a form will slide out from the right.

  3. Complete all required fields.

    • Be sure to enter an expiration date so we can remind you when it’s time to renew.

    • Note: You do not need to delete expired licenses, as long as an active version is uploaded. Expired licenses will not be included in your submission package sent to facilities or hiring managers.

  4. Upload the front and back of your license to avoid delays in your submission.

  5. When you're finished, don’t forget to click Save!

To cancel any changes you've made, simply click the left arrow in the top bar. You will be prompted "You have unsaved changes. Are you sure you want to leave without saving?" Just click 'OK' and your changes will not save.
