Yes! You must log in between 11/3/25 and 11/14/25 to review, add, or change your coverage selection(s) for 2026. If you do not wish to have coverage effective 1/1/26, you must log in to waive at this time.
To access the Open Enrollment window, log in to www.workforcenow.adp.com and navigate to Myself > Benefits > Enrollments > Open Enrollment. Please review your current benefits enrollments and elect the plan(s) you want for coverage starting 1/1/2026.

Medical plan rates and our HSA vendor has changed for 2026. We’re committed to providing you with a range of quality coverage options so you can select the best plan for your needs and budget, and we encourage you to review these options even if you intend to remain enrolled in the same plan. For those enrolled in an HDHP Plan, the HSA will be moving from Anthem to WEX! See below for more information.
HSA Changes:
Vendor Transition from Anthem to WEX: You must be enrolled in an HDHP medical plan in order to contribute to an HSA. Effective 1/1/26 forward, your payroll-deducted HSA contributions will be administered through WEX. Learn More
2026 HSA IRS Contribution Limit Increase: $4,400 for employee-only coverage and $8,750 for employee + dependent/family coverage. (You are only eligible for an HSA when enrolled in an HDHP.)

For 2026 the plans are not changing, however, Anthem or Kaiser may change participating providers at any time. You can verify whether your personal providers accept this coverage by clicking on “Basic search as guest” using this link: Find Care.
We also recommend that everyone choosing coverage for 2026 log in into ADP (www.workforcenow.adp.com) and navigate to Myself > Benefits > Enrollments > Open Enrollment and click on Start Enrollment.

If you are on a current contract, and need to make any changes to your medical, dental or vision enrollments for 2026 you must log in and make these changes between November 3, 2025 and November 14, 2025. In addition, if you choose a HDHP (or if you are continuing your enrollment in one) you must separately enroll in the HSA. HSA elections from 2025 will not roll over.

BCBS CA is the official plan name, however, coverage is nationwide. You can use the Find - Care tool (LINK) to confirm your local health care providers are covered.

Yes. New Cards will be issued closer to the effective date of coverage, January 1, 2026. Physical cards will be mailed to the legal address on file in ADP. More information on how to access your ID number and benefits through Anthem will be provided after enrollment.

If you are currently enrolled in a plan through Anthem, you will use that coverage through December 31, 2025. If you are enrolling in new coverage for 2026, that coverage will not be effective until January 1, 2026.

If you previously had an HSA through Trusted, you can elect to transfer these funds to your new account in 2026, however transferring historical funds is not required.
Note: If you are enrolled in a HDHP, you must open a new account with WEX in order to make pre-tax payroll contributions in 2026.
